PR-1811 Alcohol Soluble polyamide resin with good alcohol-solubility and nitrocellulose compatibility is applicable for manufacturing gravure printing ink , especially good for flexo printing ink.

Acid value： < 6 (mg KOH/g)
Amine value：< 6 (mg KOH/g)
Softening Point： 95℃-106℃
Color,Gardner：<9 ( 50% N.V. in 95% ethanol)
Viscosity,Gardner Hold:E-H ( 50% N.V. in 95% ethanol)
Tolerance：>6.7g (at 25℃, the amount of 95%ethanol tolerated in 10g solution)
3. Character
※Good freeze resistance results in enhanced gel resistance
※With sufficient gloss and easy to form film
※With excellent adhesive power
※Able to improve the ink’s water resistance and enhance the printed matter’s ability to
counter rubbing in icy water
4. Application Scope
Mainly used for the manufacturing of various inks for such substrates as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester and cellophane etc.
